We appreciate your use of [ TrueMe ] (the “Software” or “App”). [ Coolcat Mobile Limited] (“we” or “us”) is unwavering in its commitment to maintaining a secure and healthy social space for children and expressly forbids any and all acts of sexual abuse against children and adolescents via the App. Child sexual exploitation and abuse can occur in numerous guises, including grooming, sexual extortion, live-streamed child abuse, perceived first-person material (commonly termed “self-generated”), and child sexual abuse materials (“CSAM”). In order to uphold the safety and confidentiality of children, we have instituted this Child Safety Standards Policy (the “Policy”).

We employ a multi-layered moderation strategy, incorporating automated content filtering systems, dedicated human review, and user reports to identify and address violations. When Prohibited Content, particularly CSAM, is confirmed, we will undertake appropriate remedial actions, which include, but are not limited to, the permanent removal of the content from the Software. Furthermore, depending on the nature and severity of the violations, we may issue a warning, impose a short-term or permanent removal on the accounts responsible for posting or sharing such content, and/or report the violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local law enforcement agencies.
